🇺🇸 Fillmore Elementary honored Veterans Day with a heartfelt program. Student Council led the Pledge of Allegiance, shared a poem, and SSGT Frank Gardner spoke to our guests. Mrs. Pruitt guided K-5 students in singing patriotic songs, and students had the chance to thank each veteran in attendance personally. We are proud to celebrate and honor those who served! 🇺🇸

The FES Student Council is hosting a Food Drive November 1st through the 18th!
Mrs. Boyce's 2nd graders used their daily math meeting time to build 3-D shapes with straws and pipe cleaners. The students reviewed math vocabulary: cube, face, edge, angle, vertex, dimension. Everyone was engaged and excited about their giant cubes!

It's Book Fair week!! Classes will be visiting the book fair this week to preview and shop. Family members may come and shop with their students after school today, tomorrow, and Thursday from dismissal until 3:15 pm. The book fair will also be open during Grandparents STEM Night from 5:30-7:30 on Thursday.
