We are thrilled to officially welcome Mr. Jack Heath as the new Principal of Fillmore Elementary School, following his approval at the June 18, 2025, meeting of the South Putnam Community School Board. He will begin his role on July 1, 2025, bringing over two decades of outstanding service in education and school leadership.
Mr. Heath’s career reflects a deep commitment to educational excellence and innovation. He most recently served as Principal at Mary Bryan Elementary School in Indianapolis, where he championed teacher growth, instructional leadership, and student achievement through data-driven strategies and a strong culture of collaboration. His prior roles include Assistant Principal, lead classroom teacher, instructional coach, and mentor to aspiring educators across multiple districts.
